I need all the help I can get, even if it is only in prayer.

Wow... that was an understatement if I ever wrote one.

My mom is in ICU right now. They said its so they can keep a closer eye on her and pay her more attention and to give her a more comfortable bed, but I know what ICU is. For those of you who don't know, she went in to have a routine surgery ( an ovary removal because of a cyst) and now has been in there for nearly three weeks. They can't seem to get her incision to stop bleeding. Now, my mom has had three C-Sections, and has never had a problem with her blood not clotting. It makes me wonder what the heck they have possibly done wrong, either in surgery or the blood products they gave her.

To say the least, I am scared and freaked out, overwhelmed, stressed and exhausted. I can't even consider how I would feel if something would happen to my mom because just the thought of it makes me want to die.

Please just pray that they figure out whats going on.. because I don't know how much longer I can take this- seeing my mom in pain.. emotional and physical pain. It tears my heart out every single day. Please pray for us, and for the doctors.. that someone will figure out what in the world is going on.

We just prayed for you and your mom this morning! I hope that the doctors cen get everything figured out. I also hope that your mom will feel God's peace through this uncertain time.

I'm sorry I haven't emailed you yet, but I wanted you to know that I am praying for you and your sister and think of you often. I'll add your Mom to my prayers as well. Love ya!

The only reason I am writing this is so in case someone else in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area happens to google this man. So the mystery of the "rash" has been discovered. At least I think so. I'm pretty sure they were some sort of bites. I have cleaned my room, purchased at $60 fully encased zipped mattress cover, and cleaned again.. vaccumming ever possible crevice in and around my bed. I did this because after much research on the internet, I thought that I might have somehow gotten bed bugs. Contrary to much belief, this is not due to bad hygeine. I clean a lot actually (Believe it or not Deven). I like my apartment to be free of clutter and mess. However, i did have some things under my bed where I found one insect that was dead I believe was a bed bug. It was just a decorative box, but its made of wood and they apparently love wood. It got into the crack and must have been hiding in there. They get in from luggage or even clothing. One could have crawled on my dog and made a home in my apartment basically overnight.
